PRESCHOOL I PROGRAM (2 – 3 Years)
Our early two year olds are off and exploring the world around them. The Core Knowledge curriculum guides this age group by developing their communication skills, fine-tuning sorting objects by shapes and color, learning to say their name and age, exploring through dramatic play and, gaining basic math and science skills. There is lots of ample time for play indoors and out, weather permitting, on the age appropriate playground. As with all of our teachers, their understanding this age group fosters positive growth during these early years of independence. You will find the children listening intently to stories being read and repeating simple nursery rhymes together. The children are encouraged to explore, examine and test the environment around them.
